Trauma-informed therapy for
high-performing adults
ready to go deeper
For burnout, anxiety spikes, shutdown, grief/loss, relationship turning points, and therapy plateaus—when insight hasn’t translated into how you feel or how you live.
Who I’m best for
You’re high-performing, but you’ve hit a wall—burnout, anxiety spikes, shutdown, grief/loss, or a relationship turning point.
You understand the “why,” but the change hasn’t translated into how you feel or how you live.
You have a rich inner life, and you want therapy that can engage it with skill and care.
You’re new to therapy—or more comfortable thinking than feeling—and you want a grounded, structured way in.
What is Depth EMDR
My approach includes EMDR when appropriate, guided by a depth-oriented, somatically informed process I call “Depth EMDR.”
Depth EMDR combines careful nervous-system support and a Jungian, depth-psychology lens that welcomes images, dreams, and meaning as part of the process. The aim is for insight to become lived change. Sessions may weave EMDR with grounding/resourcing and reflective or imaginal work—always with steadiness, structure, and care.
Ways to work together
Ongoing therapy (telehealth)
For clients who want steady support and durable change over time.
Weekend intensive (telehealth)
A premium format for clients who want concentrated momentum with preparation and integration.
A note for professionals
If you’re a clinician or allied professional looking for a trusted referral option for Depth EMDR, I aim to make referrals straightforward and collaborative.
