An imaginative process designed to deepen your connection to your creative source

Drawing from the realm of the imagination, where images, symbols, and metaphors reside. A deeper emphasis on the inner world and the symbolic meaning that transcends ordinary thinking, where the unconscious mind communicates through dreams, fantasies, and intuitive flashes. A personalized, soulful process designed to enhance your creativity.

How Creativity Coaching Works

As an artist in an educational setting, I experienced a profound disconnection from my creativity. This changed when I worked on my graduate school psychology thesis and engaged in various introspective practices. Over the years, I refined these practices into process, which I now use in creativity coaching.

This approach helps you reconnect with your natural creativity, supporting you in quieting distractions, listening to your inner voice, opening to new ideas, allowing creative flow, responding to impulses, and ultimately sharing your inner world with others.

Key Elements of Creativity Coaching

  • Meditation: Cultivating mindfulness and inner stillness.

  • Jungian Imaginal Work: Exploring your imagination through dream work and creative expression.

  • Personalized Practices: Developing practices that fit your lifestyle and needs.

  • Goal Setting and Accountability: Setting clear, achievable goals and maintaining accountability.

  • Overcoming Creative Blocks: Identifying and addressing obstacles to your creativity, allowing you to move forward with confidence and clarity.

How is Creativity Coaching Different from Psychotherapy?

While both coaching and psychotherapy offer valuable support, they have different purposes. Psychotherapy focuses on healing mental health issues by exploring past experiences and emotional pain. In contrast, coaching emphasizes present moment actions and practices, and personal and professional growth through practical strategies and actionable steps. Understanding these distinctions helps you decide whether psychotherapy or mentorship best suits your needs.

Who is creativity coaching for?

  • Artists and Creatives: Refine your craft and achieve your artistic goals.

  • Aspiring Creatives: Get guidance and support to explore your creative side.

  • Professionals Seeking Creativity: Integrate more creativity into your work and life.

  • Anyone Facing Creative Blocks: Overcome obstacles and reignite your creative spark.
